Bojonegro is famous as one of teak wood producer in Java island, it is because Bojonegoro has big and wide teak forest. So, it is not surprising if this regency has many furniture and handicraft industry that made of teak wood.
The center of its handicraft is located in Kasiman district, Bojonegoro. You can find many handicraft that made of teak wood, coconut tree, coconut shell, and the other material. Those handicraft products are made by professional craftsmen with various design and crafting, such as; wooden lamp, wall decoration, vas, miniature, etc. The visitors usually visit Bojonegoro and buy those handicrafts for souvenir. One of those products are Malo handicraft. It made from mud with some animal designs.
Malo is such an Earthenware and properly design for home decoration or garden decoration. In Bojonegoro this malo is mostly designed in animal form like cows, tigers, deer and many more. The Gate To Khayangan Api

Khayangan Api
The name of “Kayangan Api” is a fire source that never die, located in the forest in Sendangharjo village, Ngasem district, a village that has about 42,29% jungle area of the village width.
According to a story, Kayangan Api is a place of Mbah Kriyo Kusumo or Mpu Supa took a rest, he also known as Mbah Pandhe from Mojopahit. In the west side of Kayangan Api, there is a puddle of mud that contain of sulfur, and according to belief, at that time still made farm tools and heirloom such as; keris, spear, cundrik, etc.
Bojonegoro people are still believe that this fire source is sacred and according to the story, this fire had take if there is an important ceremony that had done in the past, such as; Jumenengan Ngarsodalem Hamengku Buwono X and took the fire through a requirement that is traditional party / Wilujengan and Tayuban with Javanese Song (Gending) of eling-eling, wani-wani and gunung, which is Mbah Kriyo Kusumo’s favorite song. That’s why when the music has played and danced, every body is not allowed to accompany the ‘Waranggono’.
From those society story, then Kayangan Api that located about 25 km of Bojonegoro city, placed as the nature tourism object and placed to held an important that is the anniversary of Bojonegoro regency ceremony, together purify (Ruwatan Massal), and “Wisuda Waranggono” (Waranggono graduated). This tourism object has equipped with kinds of facilities such as; the hall, kiosks, the bridge, etc.
This location is very suitable for outbound event, because this is tourism area. At certain time, especially on Friday Pahing (Jum’at Pahing = one of Javanese days) there are many people come here to make a wish in order to get success, get married partner, get high status and even also to get the heirloom. The traditional ceremony that has done by the people is Nyadranan (Bersih Desa / the anniversary of a village) as thank you expression to the God.
The development of Kayangan Api tourism is aimed to the development of transportation, telecommunication, and accommodation. The visit to Kayangan Api can continue to the nature tourism of Watu Jago Bojonegoro and to Ngawi regency tourism objects.

Next south of Bojonegoro city about 13 km, there is nature tourism object and artificial tourism object, precise in Dander village, Dander district, that famous with Tirtawana, Tirta meaning Water and Wana meaning that the Forest. It’s mean that there is water in the forest. Tirta Wana Dander is a tourism object that has full of nature panorama that very beautiful, because there are many big trees and shady also tropical plants that made the air becomes cool and fresh. Here has built very wide swimming pool, that consisted of two parts, west side is for the women and child then east side is for the adult. Because of its beauty of nature and its coolness air, then in the holiday, the tourists often visit Tirtawana Dander.
Tirtawana Dander also equipped with a place to play, to camp, provided by golf-course for who have hobby to played golf. The visitors come to this tourism object are to relax, swimming, or play golf.
This place has its unique geographical because its fresh nature. The pool is taken from the natural water source that very clean and clear so that we will feel fresh if we take a bath in this poll.

Gondang Dam is located at Sugio district, 19 km south west of Lamongan. It was built in 1983-1987. The main use of the dam is for irrigation, but now on, many tourists come there for having relax and fishing; camping ground, water bicycle and mini zoo are available.
